I want change; some things Obama can fix, and some he can't. The thing that makes me a bit uncomfortable is my failure (too strong a word) to effect change myself. I'm making a belated New Year resolution to do something small. At least it'll get done!!
There's a quotation we used to use in our Project Management courses: There is nothing more difficult to take in hand, more perilous to conduct, or more uncertain in its success, than to take the lead in the introduction of a new order of things.
Unfortunately, it was said by Machiavelli: good quote, shame about the author.
