Poetry

Back in December, prompted by Stephen Cottrell to find some stillness, I spent ten minutes reading Dylan Thomas’ poems. So I thought I’d have another quiet ten minutes when I saw the obituaries of Mick Imlah: Mick Imlah was one of the outstanding poets of his generation (Times); Mick Imlah, who has died aged 52, was one of the most brilliant poets of his generation (Guardian).
